 The heater core of an air conditioning machine broke today, causing a flood in the second floor hallway outside of the Black & White room B212.Students had to walk in the opposite direction on the second floor to leave school and get to buses on time. Some of the water that leaked out of the machine also seeped through the ceiling into the health room directly below on the first floor, a building services employee said. 

Building service workers shut down the unit to prevent more leakage-one incident among a series of water-related ones in the past month. 

County workers from the heating and cooling department will have to be called in to fix the machine.
