Steve Dale biked 100 miles through Iran and stopped to take a brief rest on the side of  a road when a man emerged from his house and approached him. The stranger, who didn’t speak a word of English and communicated by hand signals, invited him to rest in his home and have a cup of tea. They managed to call a taxi that took Dale to a hotel while the bike rested in the stranger’s house for the night.
