Shakespeare club pulled off a unique show of “As You Like It”

As the lights flicker, indicating the beginning of Shakespeare’s “As You Like It,” audience members rush to find their seats. The entire room falls dark and silent as the play begins.
Lil Wayne arrested; trial postponed for removal of dental diamonds

Last October, rapper Lil Wayne pleaded guilty to attempted criminal possession of a weapon. While his sentence was originally set to begin Feb. 9, the rapper’s entry was postponed due to dental surgeries. Lil Wayne wanted to remove $150,000 worth of diamonds currently grilled into his teeth, a painful procedure that requires eight hours of surgery. He will serve his sentence at the famed Rikers Island jail complex in New York City.

The Zoo:
Taking the metro down to the zoo provides you and your date with a built-in adventure. Even if you get lost, finding your way back will just allow more time for you and your date to get to know one another. At the zoo, walking from place to place and looking at the different animals will provide fodder for conversation and keep the date from getting boring.
Posner creates mixed tapes of popular songs

Breaking into the music scene is Mike Posner, a senior at Duke University, who’s now a young singing talent bringing a new sound and genre to the music industry.
Posner’s history with music goes back to age 15 when he started playing the drums. Last year, Posner took his talents from the drum set to the computer and began to mix his own music, creating two full mix tapes-combining various tracks together with new beats or lyrics.
Mike Doughty comes back strong

After leaving his band, Soul Coughing, in 1993 many fans felt Mike Doughty had lost his touch. On “Sad Man Happy Man,” however, the artist is in fine form with straightforward lyrics and catchy lyrics.
