The Gaylord National Resort hosted the ICE! exhibit at the National Harbor from Nov. 18 to Jan. 9. The exhibit housed a 15,000 square foot walk-through display of enormous, colorful hand-carved ice sculptures that told the story of How the Grinch Stole Christmas. It’s that time of the year again: the holidays (dun dun dun). Awkward family gatherings, forced sing-a-longs, uncomfortable poses for family photos, houses drowned in decorative lights and dressing up in the best holiday gear. Things can get pretty uncomfortable, but it doesn’t have to.
